In order to receive priority support, please include your name, company name and registration code exactly as they appear on your registration notification, in any correspondance.

Support for unlicensed copies of DesktopPlus will be prioritised lower than licensed copies.

Before posting any support questions, please read the on-line help (also available here) and search the forums for an answer. If you are sill unable to find a satisfactory answer to your question, post your query in the Suport forum.

Comments, Suggestions and Feature Requests
If you have any kind of comment, suggestion or feature request regarding DesktopPlus, we'd love to hear it. Please post it in the Suggestions forum.

Bug Reports
If you've found a bug in DesktopPlus please post a full description, including which operating system you are using and the exact state of your system at the time the bug occurred, to the Bug reports forum. If you are familiar with Bugzilla, you can enter your bug report directly into the DesktopPlus Bug Database.

Application compatibility
If you're reporting a problem which DesktopPlus exhibits in connection with a particular application (an application incompatibility), please state exactly which version of the application provoked the problem and the URL where the program can be downloaded, where appropriate. Post your report in the Compatibility forum.
