What is the Pager?

The Pager

The Pager is a toolbar that can be added to the Windows TaskBar, showing a thumbnail snapshot for each Virtual Desktop. Clicking on a thumbnail in the Pager, activates the corresponding Desktop.

Using the Pager

To switch to a Desktop using the Pager, simply click on the thumbnail which represents that Desktop.

Show or hide the Pager

To show or hide the Pager, right click the Windows TaskBar and select "DesktopPlus Virtual Desktops" from the "Toolbars" sub-menu. Expanding the height of the TaskBar, increases the size of the thumbnails displayed in the Pager.

Activating the Pager

Special consideration for Windows XP

On Windows XP, by default the TaskBar is locked. When the TaskBar is locked, it is not possible to resize it. To unlock the TaskBar, right-click it and uncheck "Lock the TaskBar".
