Welcome to online help for DesktopPlus v2.6

• DesktopPlus is a Virtual Desktop Manager for Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 and XP.

• DesktopPlus enables you to split your Desktop up into up to 9 virtual desktops.

• Each Desktop can have its own:

• Applications (windows)

• Background

• Desktop Icons

• Screen settings

• Password

• You can switch between desktops using:

• User-definable hotkeys (e.g. CTRL-1 for Desktop 1, CTRL-2 for Desktop 2, etc.)

• Icons in the tray area (optional)

• Tray icon context menu

• Pager control

• You can move or copy applications and their windows from desktop to desktop using:

• User definable hotkeys (e.g. CTRL-SHIFT-1 to move the active window to desktop 1)

• The Arrange dialog (activated by clicking on the tray icon or using the user-definable hotkey, default ALT-A)

• You can also move or copy your Desktop Icons from desktop to desktop using the Window Menu Extension, which is accessible by right clicking any windows' title bar.

• You can use the AutoStartup feature of DesktopPlus to automatically start applications on particular desktops.

• You can have DesktopPlus automatically execute scripts when entering or leaving a Virtual Desktop
